With school dwindling down and nice weather finally among us, I have been able to ride and shoot some photos. I rode with Eric at an Anne Vann Middlesworth park the other day and shot a couple of photos involving allot of thorns. The photos of Dean come courtesy of Kyle Petrick.

Profile/Madera Tour

Hey guys,

I'm down in Florida visiting family and had the chance to check out the Profile/Madera factory in St. Petersburg. They run an awesome company and know how to make some great parts. Big Thanks to Matt Coplon for giving me the tour of the shop as well as showing me around Tampa!

The journey for the hubs began here, where the tubing was selected and cut.

Then to the CNC machine. Random info: it takes about 7 minutes to machine your Profile hub shell.

Matt Coplon juggling more phone lines and orders than I can count

One of things I found super cool is all of the scrapes from the shop are recycled so as little as possible goes to waste. (yes, those barrels are all filled with titanium shavings).

Now go buy some Madera/Profile parts at the shop!
